Dear Marsha
Thank you so much for all of your help with my mother's move. The transition from her very large, spacious home to her compact condo seemed to me to be overwhelming. You and your team at Marsha's Helping Hands ably assisted in all facets of the transition. From helping us to decide 'what to take and what to leave', to hanging the pictures on the wall of the new apartment you were there guiding us.
At our initial meeting you assessed our needs, developed a plan and in the next few months supervised its implementation. I would not have known where to begin. My family and I were especially pleased with your advice on how to dispose of the household contents. All of the professionals which you referred us to were competent, capable and reliable.
I especially want to thank you for your sensitivity when working with my mother. This was a very emotional and difficult time for her. Your compassion, warmth, and kindness were just what she needed. No question was left unanswered. No details were overlooked.
My mother and I were also delighted with your interior decorating advice. You have a terrific flair for design and colour. The apartment is very much a reflection of Mom and her life.
Thank you again for all your help. It was truly a pleasure to work with you and to have the opportunity to get to know you.
