Dear Marsha,
I wanted to take the time to write you a letter about the services you and your team at Marsha's Helping Hands provided for me and my family. We really can't thank you enough for your kindness.
It isn't every day that you run across someone with such a big heart. Not only were you professional and organized, but you were kind and patient too. Within a very short period of time you assessed our needs and came up with solutions to all of those odds and ends jobs that needed to be done but we had no idea where to start (like selling furniture, clothes...I can't believe you even throw garage sales!).
During a difficult time it's nice to know there are people like you who can be called upon. It made all the difference in the world.
