Dear Marsha & Staff,
I want to thank you for making my Mother's transition a smooth one. The relationship that you developed with my Mother was just as wonderful as the job that you accomplished. She was quite concerned about having strangers in her home touching her belongings, but she became at ease with you immediately as your warmth and kind personality reassured her.
Please know that I so much appreciate everything that you did for my Mother. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you.
